If you're living in sac you most likely will not make the 2-hr call out with the traffic into SFO. That being said, I don't think I was ever called right at the 2hr mark. Everything was always assigned to me well in advance.

At least this is an ok place to hang your hat until something good comes along... I definitely wouldn't leave this for a light jet 135 gig.

Interview complete. If you're applying there, HAVE YOUR CRAP TOGETHER FOR THE INTERVIEW. Make sure you go pay for and do several simulator rides before you go. At least 3 guys did not make it through the interview process due to the sim, and there were good dudes. There's plenty of gouge out there about the technical questions, both on the test and in the interview - know that stuff cold or don't even bother showing up. They're not just taking whoever shows up.

Would SKW management dare to come to the pilots with a slight concessionary or an "industry leading" garbage TA like RAH's right now with the promise of growth hingeing on the vote?

Yes, they would. Look at Bedford's letter where he stated he was happy that XJT and AE rejected their contracts (so that RAH could swoop in and take the flying.) I can see JA taking that chance. SKYW isn't unionized anyway, and the future at the other carriers is now uncertain. SKYW goal is to be the last man standing in the knife fight; this is a way to do it.
