I realize that is not what you were discussing, but thought it had some relevance.
My experience on reserve has been nothing but good. Frustrating at times, but that comes with the reserve territory. I am not based in MSP or ORD and my understanding is that reserve in either of those bases is not a good time.
Any 13+ year captain does not fall into that category. they do not want to leave even if it means they get to be based where they currently are (this applies to a TON of SFO/SLC/LAX/DEN guys)

I've got an interview in a few days and was wondering if anyone has any more gouge information on the 30 question test and what to study. I've checked on Airline Interviews but any more help would be appreciated.

I disagree. The last 5 trips I've been on have been with 13+ year Captains and they all talked about leaving, 2 of them have over 20 years here. They are flying over 90 hours a month, getting less than 11 days off a month and would take the first year pay cut to go to the majors. The dilemma for them in the past was having to sacrifice their QOL; however, given the current scheduling shenanigans even the guys on top of the seniority list are feeling the pain.

Why would anyone looking up the seniority list stay? My CP is flying over 85 hours a month and getting 12 days off. He's one of the top 10 guys in the company. Maybe it's CS's intention to tick off the guys at the top although I am not a conspiracy theory kind of guy. I do not see the schedules improving and I think that will drive a lot of the guys who were considering making a career of OO away.

Food for thought:
FAR 117 rolling 1000.
Pilot flys 82 hours / month = 984 hours / 12 months. 16 hour buffer. You don't get paid for the last month of the rolling year if you break 1000 hrs.. Huge hit for a guy / gal making over 100K a year.

Schedules don't improve.
Anita won't be removed.
Should we stay and lose?

Tell that to Linkedin and if I used a first and last name I'd agree. Those who don't know, don't know.

Is your first name Mercyful (by the way it's spelled Merciful), last name Fate? If not you are being somewhat of a hypocrite. I have posted the same views on the SAPA forum. No anonymity there. How about you?

Oh, didn't recognize it. My apologies.

As for your question, everybody at Skywest knows what position Anita holds. Furthermore, I am not stupid. Going to play some golf. Look forward to your response. DON'T BREAK THE OATH...Later.

Probably because it would be deleted or not posted at all. Heavy moderation there and probably on the new SAPA one as well. Remember all the PA posts that were deleted?

Also, what good what that do? Give her a chance to try and justify her behavior? I already tried to ask NVUS if Mecca really thought everything was sunshine and rainbows. If you don't think you need to change, no amount of forum posts will fix that. Her and JO don't feel the need to work with pilots, so what purpose would posting on those forums serve??

I'm not the company's spokesperson. Sorry.
