Actually, there are a number of areas where Mesa has it better, thanks to having an actual CBA. (Pay is not one of them, obviously.)

For instance, Mesa's PBS software actually honors seniority. And the lines are published afterward to prove it. Here, the PBS software is like a video poker machine in Vegas: the house always wins. And don't get me started on our magical morphing reserve buffers, or everyone's personal favorite PPM interpretation, "that's how we've always done it".

If I want to "help out" by sitting reserve on a day off, and Cs answers with "actually we're good that day", that should now defacto be the new reserve minimum for the base.

So what are you doing to 'stand up for yourself'? Union drive ? Filing CSCs? Running for SAPA rep?
