Company has treated me well, crew support explains why I can't get my way, and I understand. I have yet to feel I need to pay someone to complain for me. Nothing in life is perfect but a deduction in my check for a false sense of security does not interest me. Oh wait I do pay taxes...

With the majority of grievances taking around a year plus from what I heard and little to nothing coming of it. I am still not interested in building a stand off platform with the company. We have access to a lot more information than those companies with unions, which lets us know if the company is toying with us.
