What I've noticed is they will look at how many trips in that bucket is there to go out and then make a decision based on reserve, that's partially why I'm sure the decisions vary, other part is probably someone making stuff up , hang up try again?

Regionals are hiring pretty much anyone who applies these days so you should not have been worried. The training department has become the new deciding factor in who stays and who goes.

I'd strongly suggest picking crj. Besides the giant money difference, Skywest reserve is no good. Expect to sit in another base for all your reserve blocks

What's the difference in money? Just because you aren't making monthly reserve guarantees? I thought the E175 was on the higher end of the hourly rates.

75 vs 100 hours plus per diem... te difference in hourly rates doesn't begin to cover it.
