How long are the bypassed RJ FOs with 2+ years on property waiting for their transition class? In my base, up to 8 months. And not a single peep from SAPA, the regional airline equivalent of high school hall monitors that desperately needed a punch in the face. You know the type I'm talking about. |

Id take the 175 and get the mainline experience while sitting at home collecting money for nothing. Then as the crj fleet gets gutted when UA and DL take the flying away from us, you won't have to go through another training session assuming you are still needed.
