Normally parents fly at S3CV but when you list with them using the same listing they fly at S3C. That's how I've always seen it. Maybe it's not the rule but that's how it always has worked for me. Like i said the last time i went with them otherwise they would not have gotten on. With me listing with them they went a head of other active S3C's based on my DOH.

That has been my experience in the past as well ...

Yes, though how long after I'm not sure, think 6 months but someone else might know better. How'd your interview go? What did they say in the debriefed? When did you interview?

Positive remarks , was asked crj or erj and that I should hear somethng within a week or possibly earlier since they have to send all the info to SLC

They gave the trip to someone for IOE. If they don't assign you something else within the same footprint, you get paid to be home.

If they assign me something within the same footprint for less credit, will I get paid the original higher credit?

Day by day, yes.

So if you had a 25 hour 4 day with mdg on day one, and they reassign you a 20 hour 4 day with a 7 hour day 1, you'd get almost 28 hours of pay you dig?

Just found out the new minimum reserve staffing is not really the minimum. Screw support just informed me that they will never let it drop to minimum, so you have to have two reserves available above what is stated to drop a trip.

False, they make up the rules as they go. I've dropped trips when staffing was showing 1 above minimum reserve.

Each time you talk to them it's a new rule or policy. You call back and you get someone to say something completely different than the last.

There is actually a base with reserves over minimum? I can't think of the last time my base actually started the month with any days above minimum. When your total number of reserve lines is less than the daily minimum, it is impossible to have any days over.

And yes, they make up the rules as they go along. And if you actually catch them not following the rules, you file a PIC. Then SAPA comes to you and says, yeah they were wrong, but they are not going to do the right thing. Then SAPA closes your PIC and says it was resolved in your favor. It is impossible to win the game.
