They're working on their cert right now. The FAA is literally walking them through everything because they want to be flying in there by that date.

Highly doubtful.

Talk to some gojetters. It's happening. Talked to check airmen of theirs, our cka, etc.

They can hope and pray the FAA gives them a cert to do it but history shows them being unsuccessful. If it were that easy and the FAA held their hand don't you think united mainline would be flying in there?

United mainline doesn't have the aircraft with the right wingspan to go in there. Not to even speak of the single engine performance requirements.

You're clearly uninformed and I'm leaving now. Good luck, do some more research.

I think the 737-700 has the single engine climb performance but it's too big due to size restrictions.

Also, the IAH-QRO and IAH-BJX routes still showed SkyWest until the last minute, and we knew Mesa was taking over those routes.

Just out of curiosity, when are August's E175 and CRJ upgrade classes? Anyone know?

Pairings are slow this month to be published.

You can usually see all but stand ups on PBS a day or 2 early.

Oh, is that why when I go into PBS now (before bidding opens) and click Prioritize Layers it will show all layers at 72% or so...meaning the remaining 28% of trips (in my base and seat) will be standups?
