It's not going to drop below 2.5 years IMO due to the shear numbers of newhires that started right around when I got hired. My class had 60 something people in it and that pretty much remained the same to this day at 60-70 new hires.

Does it still look as if getting ORD out of training is doable?

So many are gone though. I'm 82 from most jr and I'm at the bottom of my new hire 3/31/14

What are the most junior captain dates from other CRJ bases? I just read DTW is the most junior at 2.5 years. What about your other CRJ bases?

It has to go down with all the people leaving and all the planes going to Skywest. The dynamics of who upgrades will change. Once it gets down to the point where the FOs don't have 1000 part 121 time then FOs with prior 121 time will move right to the top. There is a good chance guys with experience will go to captain from the street while the senior FOs get their 1000 hours in. There are a lot of captains at other regionals who would leave to go to Skywest if they could hold captain quickly. Many would be pretty stupid not to.

It's only 2.5 because of opening DTW. Next month it will be back above 3
