Anyone based in DTW OR MSP jumping ship for the bonus and delta interview at endeavor ?

Also, from what I understand, the bonus ends in 2018. Still a lot of money.

That place is no better than a communist propaganda network. I don't even know why they keep it up.

They Are desperate because no one wants to work there is one answer

Plenty of people want to work here, which is why we fill classes every month. The bonus lasts through 2018 and the company understands that's the cost of doing business in today's industry. They will either be extended ( what the company wants) or rolled into the pay rate ( what the union wants.)

These things were already agreed to with KB and supposedly already started. There is no reason (other than AS and JO don't want to do it) that we haven't put some effort into fixing some of these things and improving QOL. The simple fact is that SGU doesn't care about our QOL and that right now they are able to show reserve pilots are utilized by sending them on OBR. Doesn't matter that we could increase efficiency and provide OBR as a preference for commuters. It's not the way we have always done it. The FA's have the ability to put OBR as a preference and would take IT less than an hour to make this available for us.

Pilots are spending more time updating their resumes/log books and preparing for interviews than worrying about the SAPA forums. Our current EB has shown they are more concerned with pushing the company agenda vs allowing open communication and resolving problems. I don't blame the SAPA reps. I would hate wasting all the time trying to fix things and fight SGU to do what's right and never see any results.

If this was the case, I would find it amazing. I remember 4-5 years ago, many guys were leaving Pinnacle / Endeavor and heading to Skywest.
