Reality check, when times are bad no one wants to rock the boat, when times are good, everyone is trying to get on a bigger boat and can't be bothered. The amusing thing is, these guys who are trying so hard to not rock the boat and escape are coming to a seniority list near you, forecast for extreme weakness in future major contract negotiations is very strong.....

Ummm, KCM for one. Which you guys also enjoy. Most recently campaigning against NAI. do you seriously not see these things done on the national level that you guys take advantage of for free? Unions may not be perfect, but neither is the judicial system. Life if worse without either of them. The honest and integrity ship has long since sailed in airline management

I get 4 paid commuter hotel rooms a month that my union won for me just six months ago.

Eh, misleading. The rules back then were that non-votes were counted as "no" votes. Now, only votes actually cast are counted. A union drive at OO would pass now.
