The 200, 700, and 900 each pay different rates. First here is the same though. Deadheads, training and other things are paid at your base rate. The actual hours you fly the 700 or 900 you'll get a 6% or 8% bump on your credit. This is after your first year though.

Minimum daily guarantee at 4:12 hours. 1:4 time away from base pay guarantee I take this as you sit on reserve for 12 hours you get 4 hours pay?
Each day you work, you're guaranteed at least 4:12 hours of credit. This is for reserves or line holders. However if you give part of your trip away to someone else, and it results in being under 4:12 for the day, you only get what you worked because you initiated it.

The 1:4 time away from base is a scheduled trip rig. All company built trips will pay at least 1 hour for each 4 hours you are away from base, or the greater of the actual flying you do. It doesn't really pertain to reserves though.

New Pilot Profit Share Payout program I assume this is a percentage based depending on length of employment?
Basically

Per Diem $1.85/hr Paid in training ? paid away from home ? paid only only block hours?
No per diem in initial training since they consider you based in SLC or DEN. You'll get per diem once you start IOE and any training after that.

Yeah take the shuttle. Train has been having issues and is bloody expensive. I have a long rant on RTD in general, but that is for another day. Love mass transit, but RTD is no bueno.

Thanks for the info guys. Figured the shuttle would've been more of a hassle.

Good info.

Just want to point out MDg DOES NOT apply to reserves. Unless you break guarantee...

Anyone know current DOH of junior line holders for CRJ FOs in ORD and DEN?

So interesting follow-up to the discussion a couple days ago about the cadet program. My opinion is the reason our seniority list is over 4,000 is because they are loading it up with all these cadets. There were two pilots that dropped off the list this week with the TRG base. I went back a looked and both of these pilots were added to the seniority list the first week of April.

So unless we are letting people take 3 months to get through class and 100 hours of IOE, I think they are just putting all these cadets in once they commit. It usually takes about a month from the time someone starts a class to when they are assigned a base. Or they are flying paint repos with our retired pilots (that one kinda dropped off the radar??) Anyone heard from SAPA on what agreement we came to with SGU on that item?

We still are growing but there is something going on with the seniority list for sure. I would guess there is close to 100 of these on our list that do not have their hours to start class.

Also seeing a lot of MSP and ORD based pilots showing up on the reserve lists for other bases. I know we had a SAPA rep that pushed through something that allowed pilots to sit reserve out of base (since it benefited him) but is that just allowed now? That would have been some nice leverage to use and see if we could get some type of input on minimum reserve levels. Got to love how even on the days where they are just below minimum that you get the automatic denial.

I kinda feel bad that all the new guys won't have the pleasure of having SkedPlus crash at 8:00 on the 24th back when we used to be able to drop and trade trips. Turns out they didn't need a new server, they just needed to beat us down enough to where we don't even try anymore.

Cadets aren't added to the list until they start class. They are actually usually added a week or so after class starts since they are already in the system.

welcome to the extremely disgruntled list nice to have ya

The skypest pilot group is becoming quite the hornets nest. Maybe just maybe the majority is done with the SGU dry lube and will start standing up for ourselves! MAYBE

please elaborate.

does that mean if I spend more than 18.75 days on reserve sitting at the airport 12 hours a days then I'm working for free after that basically (18.75 days time 4 hours MDG = 75 hours)

Maybe these two were military that deferred their class for a month or so? Got a training event then got the call? They were the last two listed in the Gone July thread on the communist forum. They both were added to the seniority list during the 4/15 week. The third from the last was added the week before (4/8) I'm not arguing with you when they show up, but these pilots were still listed as TRG last week which would have been almost 3 months.

I thought I was the founding member??

Seriously though, it has gotten beyond ridiculous. When you have a pilot take an LOA to get some time off, then get blasted about how he may have chose the wrong career? Because he doesn't want to be gone 18 days of the month since he was forced to have 95 hours on his bid? The only reason I have not done the same thing is because I don't want to be on FMLA or LOA when/if I get a call for an interview. I have even started the process of looking at Jet Blue or Virgin instead of just the legacies. I said it awhile ago and it seems to be coming true. They will just keep taking away QOL until the senior people realize it is not enough to stick around. I'm happy for all the movement for everyone because that means less time on reserve (since it is obvious the reserve rewrite is never going to happen) Anyone want to start a betting pool on when PBS bids will be viewable? I'm going to start by saying March 1st of 2000'never.
