I believe to get the full reimbursement you would need to sign up for $100 of coverage. $50 you would pay and $50 would be the match portion that the company is offering. That is my understanding. Currently it's offered for 3 months. I wouldn't be surprised if their hope is to somehow try to tie that company match into the next pay package.

Not sure, and the SAPA site is down.

Can someone remind me where to look up the Sketchplus codes? I'd hate to be that guy asking what PEN4 means again. Is that displaced?

Yes. Numbers represents the number of days the trip was.

Don't know where to reference that.

Just so you don't have to look it up.

It's a displacement for IOE. You were PEN 4 meaning they displaced you off a 4 day for someone to train. They have up until 72 before the start of that trip to assign you something. If they don't you will be paid for that trip and can pick up trips or take the time off.

Is that what they are doing to acomodate for the backup of FOs and CAs waiting on IOE?

Take a screenshot at EXACTLY 72 hours prior to the original show. Set your alarm and get out of bed if you need to. If it shows either PEN4 or DIOE at 72 hours it's a paid vacation, take a screenshot with date/time, don't login to SKWOL and don't answer your phone.

Sometimes they'll leave it as PEN inside 72 hours and try to use you as a reserve in the hopes that you don't know the rules.
