New hire. I'll have CPT the week prior to training. Is it reasonable to think I can prep. for ATP written, CPT, and CBTs within that timeframe? I have SA as a guide for the written, which is really helpful.

Thanks!

Yes should be fine , focus on the ATP written that's most important. At most CBTs will take ten hours even less. They are covered in groundschool to an extent but you need to have them done before then. It'll be work for you before class but seniority is worth getting it done.

How senior are the DEN and COS bases for FO's i.e. how long would I expect to be on reserve as a new hire?

I have 1400 hours and 15 multi. Will Skywest hire at slightly below ATP min's with the expectation that training will fill in the gaps? What hours?

Thanks!

It's all on the website. You need 25 hours actual multi in the airplane. Only gaps they will fill is the other 25 hours of multi (sim) and total time. They won't give you night or instrument etc.

DEN and COS look very stagnant at the moment.

You can say that again. Bases are shrinking, we really don't know what's going on

Any information about NW or west coast? My preference would be SEA or PDX. How are my chances out of training to get as my base?

It's been no secret the 700's are leaving united and that means all of the united bases are going to take a hit. ORD and PHX are supposed to grow due to them going to American.
