Hmmm, the CRJ upgrade train is slowing a bit. Only 1 class for March (it's been 2 classes/ month for quite some time now.)

Low point in the year for flying and trying to catch up on CA OE and FO IOE before it ramps up again? Just a thought.

Any word where the rest of the new ERJ's are heading?

Sorry that wasn't very clear was it.

Starting next Monday in the CRJ and I was wondering how long to get into the Seattle base currently.

Very long.

Planning to apply and interview soon, any advice? Which regionals still have a tough interview process that I could use as a trial run? I've read through many of the gouges on will fly for food already, doesn't sound too bad. Any additional tips or information would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

I interviewed in November and used aviationinterviews.com. It was exactly as the gouges said. I initially thought it'd be nice to run through some other interviews first to practice but my SkyWest interview date ended up being the first one. It really wasn't too stressful once it started. Show them you cared enough to put effort into preparing for the interview, know your stuff but be honest about what you don't know. Having a good attitude and dressing up nice go a long way. Don't take it lightly, but don't overstress. The captains are seeing if they wouldn't mind going on a four day trip with you.

Feel free to PM me if you'd like more details on what to know.

Good luck!

2 minutes at 30% power on the hot pocket. You can thank me later.

It's like trying to make plans in a group chat...or making a hot pocket the right temperature in the microwave. It's not fun, it doesn't work, and you just wanna cry.

Plan on 3-5 months in ORD.
