I heard they had a profit sharing program. Are there any other performance bonuses, etc?

Thanks!

Up to 6 bonuses/year depending on how long you've been here. Profit sharing starts right away and is paid every 6 months. Performance bonuses are quarterly and start after 1 year I believe.

Thanks! Do you mind if I ask what the average yearly earnings are for new FOs right now taking into account all bonuses, per diem, etc.?

It is very hard to say what "average" is. Totally depends on how long it took to get through training, how long on reserve, how much flying you do, locals or multi-day trips, etc..

That being said I started in April and my W2 says I made approx. 33,600 from the 1st of April to Dec 31st.

Don't ever pick a Regional.. (money is a wash. They all will match each other.. and the difference isn't worth commuting across the country for.).. go were you live.

I agree 100%. I'm still a few months away from applying, just trying to get an idea of the current situation. :)

I'm nearing end of my first year and my checks average about 1450 after taxes including per diem. I hold a line and have never picked up anything extra.

Hi guys sorry to keep asking questions... I was told by the nice lady at the recruitment event that I attended and interviewed at, and by someone on this forum, that the ATP- CTP course was paid for ( which is true ) but I was also led to believe that I would be paid during this time frame. I was led to believe that I would be paid from the recruitment department, and from some of *your* responses on this forum. However, when I asked the guy in charge of my ATP-CTP course he informed me that I would be paid starting my ground school in indoc. If that is the case, I screwed up royally in quitting my part 91 job. I am just trying to plan put some things finically for my family, not trying to make waves. Anybody have any input? Thank you.
