Yea, that could prove to make that city pair an expensive little venture. Planes and stuck crews twiddling thumbs on the ground don't make things efficient.

I just had two people I know text me saying they were awarded an upgrade and lack the 1,000 SIC. Things are about to get interesting.

The other option is just putting everyone on the STS Airporter (the bus), which anyone in their right mind would use anyways. |

Minor leverage. Nice.
Maybe better junior QOL could be bargained to incentivize the many qualified to upgrade. |
What really strikes me is how the West Coast upgrades and transitions have come to a near-total halt.
For example (these are award dates, not hire dates!) Last SFO ER7 upgrade award date: 11/30/16 Last SFO CRJ upgrade award date: 12/20/16 Last LAX ER7 upgrade award date: 11/30/16 Last LAX CRJ upgrade award date: 12/01/16 SEA and PDX show no upgrades after 11/1/16. There were a couple CRJ upgrades in FAT and three upgrades in PSP this month. Even transfers into West Coast bases have pretty much shut down. Welcome to SkyMidWest! |

Pretty sure Chicago is the biggest base now with Regards to total crews. 😳 |
