What did you think they were going to do? Not award the upgrade because of your vacation? That's why so many have an after date on their bid.

They even warn you about it now on the DVR! If you want a different class date put an after date on your bid because all awards are auto accept...
Only thing you can do is what you already did. Email TG and V

Just because we are one of the only companies to auto accept the award doesn't make it right.

Who cares! You can't look at your bid and make sure you have an after date?! Takes 10 seconds to change it! Boo freakin hoo

It's pretty clear in the policy, I don't think you are gonna get help from them. I had master vacation the month I upgraded but put in an after date, because I read the policy and knew what I needed to do.

I use to not be auto except.. i get why they changed it. One poor girl had to call every person. Worked great when we had 500 pilots and bids were small.. 4100+ pilots the system we have now works better.. there are plenty of warnings about when you bid.. plus there is "transparency". You can see what people are bidding..
