What's the latest they will displace someone for IOE? I'm a week out from a check airmen trip and would love the week off. Let alone want to fly with a check airmen the day the SOP changes take effect.

Technically they are allowed 24 hours to notify a ioe needing pilot, usually it's done way in advance.

I see you know me well ;)

In SLC for recurrent...the CRJ new hire class has 50 guys in it. Where are we even finding that many guys?

Any current SKW guys care to share the average of hours you work vs hours you actually get paid in a day? (ie work 10 but only paid for 6) I have an interview coming up and am just thinking of a few questions before hand

Totally depends on base, aircraft, seniority, etc...

I'm at about 560 hours block for the year but 1100 hours credit. I know some guys who have a much smaller difference between hours and credit and they are in the same base as myself. Just totally depends.

Short call reserve

I believe short call reserve is 2 hours. Is that two hours until show at the gate or in the terminal?
