Pretty much one or two guys from every class in the last year have gone to FAT out of IOE. You can also request to do IOE out FAT even if you were "assigned" DTW or somewhere out of training. So By the time you are done with everything, up to 4.5-5 months depending if you have a long wait for Sims or IOE, you can definitely hold FAT....................Cause it sucks ; )

Haha, yes I agree it sucks. We are moving in two years and I can't wait! That's good info to know though, thanks! Sounds like I should go CRJ and hope for that!

Just be advised, DEN-ORD is one of the most senior commutes in the system.

Very helpful info - thanks! How about DEN-DTW and MSP? I have flight benefits on Big D too.

Does SKW has overnights in DFW? How is the commute for DFW-ORD?

Mainline hub to mainline hub are always the worst commutes anywhere. Avoid...

I'd put every effort into Envoy and drive to work and risk the future SKYW inferiority complex that apparently afflicts many.

But if you do end up here the commute is doable with United and Spirit also offering flights and SWA a train ride away.

Den might be a better commute choice eventually.

Anyone know what the current wait for CRJ IOE is? Is it still more than a month after differences training?

It's dropped down to about 4ish weeks from 7-8 weeks.

I was 3 weeks (as well as a few others in my class) and the rest got about 4-5 weeks. Mostly everyone was getting just a few days heads up...3-4 days notice before. I imagine with our new check airman the wait time should continue to drop.

I was a 01/02/17 class date. Got differences 2 days after my LOE checkride (again the normal wait for that was 2 days to 1 week)

Recently hired on for the ERJ and had a quick question for some of the newer FO's. Wanted to know what kind of wait times you were seeing for getting back to bases on the west coast. Specifically SEA, SFO, or PDX.
