I thought perhaps it was being used for pilot recruitment, but the SkyWest pilot recruitment doesn't show any events in ATL yesterday or Washington DC Area today.

Looking to make the jump to 121. Id like to make an informed decision without the bias of a recruiter.
Pay: This would be a paycut, however it looks like there is a bonus of $7500 for previous 135 experience. I've also heard that there is a bonus for taking the CRJ instead of the ERJ. Can anyone confirm?
Base: I live in LA. "Right now" how long is it taking to get to LAX on the CRJ or ERJ.
Line/Reserve: Right now, how long is reserve for the most junior base on the ERJ and CRJ. How long is reserve in LAX on the CRJ and ERJ
Upgrade: At present what is the upgrade time for both airframes at their respective junior base and LAX.
Thanks for any assistance.

The 135 experience is ONLY if you are leaving 135 for SKW.
The 175 class that finished training in January was the last class to get into LAX. Some just got a composite lines this month. Some will perhaps go back to a full reserve schedule for June considering if LAX opens up at all, there are about 5-8 people senior to them who will get in, and bump them back to RSV.
That's what I can deduce. There are a lot.. a lot of FOs in ORD on the 175 that are waiting to get to the West coast.
Too lazy to look at upgrade times but that gets answered often and maybe in this forum somewhere recent.

First time poster long time reader here, I have an interview with SkyWest coming up in the near future. I have been reading the numerous gouges but just came across one that hopefully isn't an overly common situation over at Skywest Airlines Pilot Interview Profiles
I am probably over thinking it, but has anyone had any experiences like this guys interview in April during their interviews? sounds like its either the interviewer was having a bad day or possibly it has been dramatized a little bit?
Thanks guys! fingers crossed. It's got me spooked!

But more likely sour grapes. If an interviewer detects (or thinks they detect) any sort of attitude, they may push buttons to see what happens. If you want the job, roll with it. It's part of the process sometimes, to ensure they don't hire folks who fly off the handle at the first sign of conflict. They don't want FO's who will walk off the job the first time they fly with "that guy" (there's always the 1%). Also they don't want folks with touchy personalities as CA's down the road.

Remember to smile during your interview. Act as if you are squared away and joyful. Leave the combat face at home.
