You also put an after date. They can't award you before an after date. That's kinda what it's for.

If you get awarded, yes. Unless you want to try explaining to the company chief why you should not be held to your bid.

Got a reg cite that authorizes all that? I know up to 100 hours of sim time can be used toward ATP total time requirements, but I've never heard of sim time being allowed to be logged as multi time.

Right... But they can't tell me I got awarded the transition for this current bid cycle. (May/June) It's a standing bid so I won't know till the month before October 2017, correct? Because I put, after 10/17.

Go to your standing bid and remove the bid for the ERJ. Problem solved and you can quit worrying....

There's nothing that says you cannot log ME, instrument, night with SIM if you really wanted to.

The problem is that your logbook totals will be all jacked up when you try to fill out employment apps because employers will not count any of that stuff logged in a sim for anything.

Even the 25 sim ME which is commonly applied towards ATP requirements does not have to be logged in the ME column. The type of sim should of course be noted, and will be obviously be a ME jet sim.

If you must log stuff like that, use one of the spare columns, don't mix it with real airplane.

They probably won't.

They could give you an award today for a class date in Oct, since that's what you asked for but that's unlikely because it's so far out.
