There may be no CRJ's on it soon, but i think the ERJ's are close to an extension with UA. That's what we've been hearing.

Crew base opening soon there too. Have this firsthand from a very reliable source.

And Dallas...and La Guardia.... Soon to open bases from one corner of the United States to the other. It will be interesting to see how we manage to staff the 100 new airplanes slatted to arrive.

SKYW Bases/AC

Hoping to go to Skywest or Republic. I see a lot of speculation on bases opening and maybe some additional flying. I know it's hard to predict any regionals plans until it comes to fruition. So a few questions.

1) Is ATL opening? I also heard someone say Dallas and New York.

2) Will the CRJ or ERJ be out of those bases? Also is SAN only ERJ?

3) Which airlines would my family get benefits on?

4) Will Skywest do flying for Amazon?

Thanks

We have increased flying in both Atlanta and New York for August. Many rumors circulating right now about ATL and LGA, i.e. someone heard something from a reliable source (myself included). I think that it will happen. However, it will come at the cost of ExpressJet ceasing to exit. I expect an announcement next week after our earnings call.

Most likely a combination of both. Who knows.... SAN and BOI are only ERJ.

3) Which airlines would my family get benefits on?
That hinges upon your base, which aircraft type you fly and which airline is served by us out of those bases. For example's sake, ORD is both a CRJ and ERJ base. The ERJ pilots do not have Delta benefits since the ERJ only does United flying out of ORD.

Uhhhh....
