Would you be willing to compare W2s with Endeavor after their TA passes? (it will pass)
What about with Air Wisconsin?
You are delusional if you honestly believe we are the at the top. We just passed a TA and we are still not the highest paid. In a few short months we will be right in the middle of the pack or worse.

We are just rolling the bonus into pay rates. It's not a raise. It's just converting bonus money into hard pay rates. So I'm not sure you want to compare W2 with an endeavor pilot. I hope this puts pressure on Skywest to raise pay. You guys deserve more.

True 15 years ago.

Not so much today, many very senior folks are bailing for legacies.

"Success" for pilots means more flying and less time off, and impossible PBS Chinese puzzles which ensure ridiculous scheduling of the few days off.

Still a good place to get your PIC, but anyone planning a career at ANY regional does so at their own peril.

You're supposed to be a smart pilot? Maybe do research before spewing nonsense. Is it true that Skywest just gets actual leg pay and not scheduled pay if it's greater?
