All that AAG has to do, to staff QX, is offer a guaranteed flow to Alaska. You'd think that'd fix the problem, no?

In the meantime I guess QX crews will keep flipping us off like the other night in MFR. Whatever, dudes...

Yeah we got the same in SFO taxiing past a QX 175 yesterday, we laughed and waved back.

Bingo!! I subcontracted out my basment.. drywall giys did a amazing job. But I didn’t give them extra money... i keep the difference between there bid and the higher bids... if you want mainline composition and bonuses, go to mainline...

I fully apreciate their sentiment. Had I been 25 years at QX, seeing where it is going, I would be angry too.

I wish that we could all take $30k paycuts. Would do this job for free if it would please our masters. It would help us become even more profitable. I just want to see us take on more aircraft. Hopefully mainline gives in on scope so that we could start flying B737s and A320s.

Maybe if we still were “regionals” like back in the 90’s flying turbo props,making $40k as captains and that was your career expectation. Then we all would have drive to go to the Majors.. they gave up scope and a lot of us got comfortable flying a vnav shiny jet making 150k.... Lame. Some of us are trying....

Does anyone seriously ever say they should get paid mainline wages for regional flying? It's not unreasonable to get raises when your company is making more profits. And if your company is making the most profits than any other company in its industry, it's not unreasonable to be compensated the highest in the industry. Granted, that may only be Air wisconsin pay and benefits +$1, but at least it's better than being number three or four.
