today I tried to jumpseat to SLC, but a LC captain was listed there already, so I was giving low priority on our own metal ( Alaska tail) so I got bypass from a Alaska pilot..
my question is, are we the bottom of the barrel when we fly an Alaska tail on our own metal ? gate agent said, Alaska Pilots come first on our own metal..
any one wants to chime in ?

Basicly.. Dedicated employees have priority on SKYW operated flights. Non-dedicated are behind AS employees.
We all ways have jumpseat priority... Unless there is a line check going on as you mentioned above...

Are you "Alaska dedicated" base and equipment??? AKA E175 PDX/SEA?
