I am CRJ ORD as well...I feel your pain. I just finished six days in a row of work, two days off, about to begin another five. I am a commuter too so when I get a schedule like this, it hurts.

I know they have. Unfortunately, company cheerleaders like amcnd
would refuse to acknowledge it by claiming it's a temporary bonus. Finally now they will be forced to count it as it is added to their hourly pay.

I may be “pro company” but im not under knowing we need to be matching pay with other regionals.. im just not “jumpie” like
You guy. Endeavor hasn’t even voted on it yet. And lets see what comes out of the October sapa meeting (going on right now).... give it time boys and girls...

Why should we accept any less than what everyone else is getting though? You owe it to your yourself and your family to make as much money as you can in your life. In the end, Chip, Mike, RJ and everyone in management are reaping the big bucks in while we minions slave away on their behalf as they laugh their a$$es off at our foolishness given how easy it was for them to procur yes-votes from us.


If you worry about SkyWest becoming bankrupt as a result of paying its pilots more, then consider that we just purchased forty E175s. SkyWest is one of the richest regionals in the history of aviation....

Can’t change the past.. so forget about June... focus on the future.. For me thats let someone else deal with it. Im part of the lost 9/12 generation. And time to move on...

No... all timing for me. Just worked out that way.. just like the guys before me that left and voted in the “deal me a ace” ect.. pattern will keep going and going. Keep your ear to Denver.. sapa meeting going on as we type. Or maybe your typing from it....

Yeah, I cannot wait. I am sure they are discussing sign in bonuses and / or major raises for 1st year guys.

QOL? too complicated. Let's do it outside any negotiations when there is no incentive to be serious about it.
