Are your bonuses guaranteed like theirs were?

Not past the pay agreement date. Now Endeavor's is in scale, which is is much more guaranteed than a bonus.

True. Thought you were talking next 5 years... if anyone can predicted what “regionals” will look like then is nuts..

It's guaranteed that you get X% of the profits. There's no guarantee what the profits are.

There is a “minimum distribution”.... 12 mill a year the next 4 years.

And that increases every year through the term of the agreement.

Things are changing fast. Let's see if those rates are sustainable.

If our hiring can't keep up with attrition, the company will come back to us.

Had we voted no we would have been able to use endeavors TA as a bargaining chip.

Hey that's not a bad idea! Maybe we could set it up so that the yes voters can keep their low pay and the no voters can get the raise.
The yes voters would get the 1%, the company would save money on them, and the no voters can get what is deserved. Everyone wins

Not just keep up with attrition, but also grow by 500 or so. There were rumors last year of a 5000 pilot seniority list and it looks like that is in fact what we'll be shooting for.
