Typical schedule for MX bases. Fine if you live there, or close enough drive, but not good for commuters.

I did have a look, unfortunately with the Sept./Oct. schedule reductions to the midwest it's making the commute from out West require many early trips in, next day trips home. If I could cut down the flight time, that would be a win for me. Fairly close to being based at home, maybe another month or two.

Soft Landing 2.0 IS APPROVED!

I hope this positive trend of pilots getting paid for their experience continues across our industry!
The 20-year pay scale that has plagued our industry for decades by restricting a free market for pilots is hopefully coming to an end everywhere!

Continues? Trans states, gojet and expressjet already all have this in place.

Once again "industry leading" is just a gimmick term with no reality behind it.

That is great!
Do you have a link? I couldn't find anything for the TSH companies.

Soft landing 2.0 approved. Great. One more thing to help them fill classes and prolong our time on this worthless pay package.
The cherry on top would be if they start talking about part time pilots again. Oh wait...

Not really portability, without portable seniority it's weak sauce. More like regionals trying to poach each other's pilots.

But still it's way better than a sharp stick in the eye if you need to leave your company, or are stuck at a bottom feeder.
