good questions. Break even on the one plane maybe but break even for the fleet is impossible right now.

I would bet they would add more frequency on city pairs that are filling up before they take out social distancing seat restrictions. I don’t think any airline wants to be the first to have negative press stories of making someone sit next to another passenger.
Just look at how fast they all responded when the first airline announced they were going to make passengers wear masks. Now everyone is doing it.

Looking at a flight tomorrow morning, WN1350 LAS-ATL. I understand there are about 45 seats available, is that taking the cap into account, about 50 paying customers and 45 seats available before hitting the cap?

Yes. CAP is now 93 on the -700

thats what SWA calls the extra fa Jumpseat. It’s only available to SWA employees, but any company employee can sit in it in normal circumstances.
