I lost 20 pounds, and just lifted my neighbor. amazing what being locked up in the house with kids for a year can do if you have a gym in the basement

some use the time wisely others use it to do nothing. Too bad we didnt have a national message to get healthy this last 18 months instead of wash your hands for 20 sec and stay inside.

Obesity Worsens Outcomes from COVID-19
Adults with excess weight are at even greater risk during the COVID-19 pandemic:- Having obesity increases the risk of severe illness from COVID-19. People who are overweight may also be at increased risk.

You won’t see a pure turn line as an FO at Southwest anywhere systemwide until you can upgrade.
Also, MCO is the second senior most base in both seats.
