The purpose of my (xxxx?) symbology was to infer that it is about that time, i.e. it can vary. I’ve been awarded reserve lines, mostly, for the past 2+ years, and the PM RAPs have started at 1030, 1100, 1130, and 1200. The company changes the RAP start times in the bid packages when they choose to. I also think RAP start times can be different for different domiciles.

Yes, reports are supposed to be not less than two hours from call, but when the call is less than two hours out, the CBA provides for not more than two to show, and then one hour from show to push. That is the protection, and if one can safely reduce those times to something closer to scheduled push, then good on you. But the CBA protects the reservist.
