I’m not fond of this 757 pay talk. I feel that I can make a strong argument showing that I produce very close revenue numbers to that of my “highest compensated peers” at our competitors.

I also take on far more risk with the amount of takeoffs and landings I do. Not to mention the fun ones; MDW, 800 or MAX packed to the gills, wet conditions, tankering fuel, windy conditions, and still requiring Flaps 40 and max braking to have positive stop margin! You plumbers better make sure butt cracks aren’t showing while trying to glue this one!

Surely you can't actually expect to get 767 rates to fly a 737 at a low cost airline, can you? Is this really what people are pushing for?

You do get that swa is a career destination airline with no big equipment to bump up pay, right? Equipment based pay rates are a scam that the airlines have made pilot labor accept. Do flight attendants get equipment bumps? How about gate agents?

UPS has this one figured out. One pay rate and then training costs go way down since pilots are no longer chasing pay rates and changing planes based on that.

Considering 75/76 besides the 764 are banded at DL & UA, yes I want 75/76 rates. Industry leading 73 rates aren’t enough.

Parked after no deal in November, with sides being light years apart on pay and benefits.

Resume negotiations next April or May, with a TA NOV or DEC 24. TA1 voted down, and TA2 sometime in 25.
