I’ve read everything. If we turn down an industry leading contract, we won’t see another for a long time. New NC, nmb ice, age 67 and who knows what the economy will do. I’m not saying to accept a bad deall.. don’t think SWAPA would send one after this long.. but try and be intelligent enough (or find someone who is) to judge on its entirety and not your ego.

My first contract. The front row seat to this has only reinforced my apprehension of the union and my view that my fellow pilots are spectacularly unimpressive at most things outside of simply flying. A few are unimpressive at that too. Here’s to the next ten years of complaining about our contract, the company running circles around language again, grievances piling up, and everybody claiming that they voted no. 😂 It will be different next time with swapa 3.0
You must be gods gift to aviation, Chuck Yeager's heir but without the ego, for sure. Fine. Run for SWAPA BOD, volunteer for everything from jumpseat to contract admin to NC, if you're so awesome yet humble enough to represent those crappy pilots you seem to be ashamed to be working with.

You're gonna sue me for saying you must be the next Chuck Yeager after you stated quite clearly that SWAPA sucks, your fellow pilots are stupid, and your fellow pilots are also crappy pilots.
Be the hero we didn't know we needed, run for SWAPA office or volunteer for one of the committees. Perhaps it's time we have SWAPA leadership who truly thinks everyone else is stupid and can't fly very well. Maybe you're that guy.

true. Supply and demand dictate what the TA could be and in this environment it should be everything we want, big or small, and if not it’s a NO.
