FAs are learning this lesson right now. could be years for them and could very well be a worse TA than the one they voted down.

Run for SWAPA office, BOD, SME, whatever, or ****. Really, did you expect any other response after coming in here stating that not only does SWAPA suck, but your fellow pilots are stupid and crappy pilots as well?

You must be gods gift to aviation, Chuck Yeager's heir but without the ego, for sure. Fine. Run for SWAPA BOD, volunteer for everything from jumpseat to contract admin to NC, if you're so awesome yet humble enough to represent those crappy pilots you seem to be ashamed to be working with.

You seem like you might need an intervention. Strokes are real and, quite mysteriously and unexplainably, increasing these days. Yes, I was being snarky in an attempt to earn a “grumpy” handle. It’s actually okay for people to have different opinions. I guess I should keep the “liberty” handle. I certainly do agree that your response was predictable and overblown which I will submit as evidence exhibit #1 to support my claim. I would also like to counter sue for defamation by false accusations.

You're gonna sue me for saying you must be the next Chuck Yeager after you stated quite clearly that SWAPA sucks, your fellow pilots are stupid, and your fellow pilots are also crappy pilots.

Be the hero we didn't know we needed, run for SWAPA office or volunteer for one of the committees. Perhaps it's time we have SWAPA leadership who truly thinks everyone else is stupid and can't fly very well. Maybe you're that guy.

true. Supply and demand dictate what the TA could be and in this environment it should be everything we want, big or small, and if not it’s a NO.

300 really. 80 no-voters minus one and 220 non-voters.

There’s not a FA shortage, there is a pilot shortage.
