The reason Delta has better profit sharing is because they actually have leadership and vision. We have Bob Jordan. The same guy who hid behind his COO in the Senate inquiry into the biggest airline meltdown in history.
Enough said.

Oh and am I paid better than a delta guy? Did we know this before we voted on the best contract in the world?

Same. DL has fewer WB planes than the other big 2 due to joint ventures…if you asked someone if they wanted 10% PS or WB pay, they’d prob say WB pay.

You know, Bob. I've seen you around. You seem like a nice enough guy. But if this is your response to a legitimate gripe about actual total pay, then I don't know what else to say. We are just not reading from the same sheet of music. We don't speak the same language. And now this is saved for the absolute ridiculousness that it is.

OK, let me try it another way.
Your gripe appears to be that Delta pilots got a bigger slice of profit sharing that's sort of in line with what ours was pre-COVID. What is Profit Sharing a result of? I submit that it's the evaluation of our management's performance. That's why I want our new FO's to never need to count on PS to max out their retirement. That's been mostly accomplished. You know all this, yet you continue to harp against our union or what was achieved. It's unbecoming...
Also, not Bob.
