That's it. I'd say it's on par about the previous "big" announcement (SEC).

Poor drama queens...

Yes to a base. Also, how does one calculate TFP, asking for a friend.

If you have to ask, you can't afford it. But seriously:

1 TFP for anything less than 243 SM. (yes, STATUTE miles, also straight line distance, not distance actually flown)
0.1 TFP for every 40 SM over that.
OR if it is more:
1 TFP/50 minutes - 0.1TFP, with an additional 0.02 TFP for every minute of actual overblock, provided it is more than 5 minutes.

I mean, why use block when you have TFP?

Because LAX to BWI with monster tailwinds pays a lot more due to mileage aspect of TFP than historical block time would. Then BWI to LAX pays more because of overfly provisions of TFP. It's the little things...

Oh, for sure it is nice to get the best of both, as you guys do, but I would not be surprised if more than half of the WN pilots would not be able to calculate TFP without looking at a cheat sheet. And definitely tell your boss to buy supersonic planes!

Both. We (A220 capt) control temp up front but they can adjust their temp within +5/-5 of what’s set up front. The ECS and fuel system are a bit complicated but largely automatic and work well.
