After the FO revolt that swept the SWAPA elections in 2009, the newly appointed Commissar of Communications (who jumped over to management with the rest of the FO "saviors" in short order) changed the old SWApA logo to one that looked like SNAPA.

I put it in my comments too, but I don't think we will see it. I was wrong about the ETO too, though, so who knows.
Even if they only offered it for a couple of years instead of 5 years, they would get enough bodies and everybody would move up a notch or two in the interim. It was definitely a nice boost coming out of Covid with those guys gone.

Most that took the last VSP had 1200-1600 sick trips. I am not sure what the real cost was to company. Most of VSP was funded by sick time .
