Dude, there is no conversation taking place about “hating SWA” or wanting to leave. Why do you keep saying that? Are you mentally challenged or intentionally dishonest? Is this the 225 standard that we are bringing into the system? No wonder we received emails on their under performance and need to return for training. I’m not sure that I’ve ever interacted with such paralyzing stupidity.

"Every man has a right to his opinion, but no man has a right to be wrong in his facts. Facts are the most important thing in business. Study facts and do more than is expected of you. Any fact is better established by two or three good testimonies than by a thousand arguments."
You guys can argue and cry all you want, but it does not change the facts.

and this is about SWAs decdison to furlough vs threaten to furlough. It's not about you or anyone else who has been furloughed. Quit being so dramatic.

not saying furloughs don't suck. But you weren't a political pawn at a company who promised you (and probably still does) that your job was safe simply to extract money when there never was a plan to furlough. The damage to the company "culture" will last from the move...

Its you guys who are being dramaitc. Just like the post which states being threatened to be furloughed is worse than being fourlughed. That's got to be the most stupid thing I have heard anyone ever say. I know American guys who were got furlughed for 4 years, I think they would beg to differ.
