ECIC is apparently on SWA's sh!tlist. The big thing you should get out of them is HOW to present yourself and the format to actually answer the questions asked. I think they got a bum rap as people were. for some odd reason, using canned answers which I don't recall ECIC ever promoting.
In essence, be yourself. ECIC should show you how to present yourself and apply your career story into what you're being asked. If the interview team gets the whiff of you coming across as non-genuine and canned or even worse lying, that's probably the fastest way to get a TBNT. They really want to get to know you. If you deny them that, well... that's on you. The job is really yours to lose. We don't have quotas of say how many they have to interview. They'll make it very clear that they can hire every last one that day, or they can hire no one, but the job is indeed yours to lose.
Good luck!

the running joke regarding EC was that too many candidates came through the interview and told their story about the amazing customer service interaction they had on their way to Dallas with “Diane the customer service agent” or whatever she did…the same name was used frequently enough that became the tell. EC emphasized interactions and remembering names…and it morphed into a joke when the same employee worked all over the country. Not sure if that’s still a thing but it was years ago.

If folks are posting their current experiences at the above website still, you can get a good feeling of what’s being asked and relevant times for those being offered interviews.
I’ve used this method a couple times:
Go to your company of choice and Highlight/Copy the last couple years of write ups of people’s interviews.
Then paste that on a word doc.
Then cull out extraneous content like Flight Times, Current Position etc.
Further cull out repetitive questions posted by several people.
As you review the multiple write ups you’ll see common occurrences / questions and know, for the most part, what to expect.
When I did this I had a really good prep for the overall flow of the day, TMAAT questions I could prep for, and all the other things interviewers would ask.
When I went through an interview here the big thing was that one of the 3 parts (logbook, HR, LOI) of the process would be semi confrontational. When it happened, I knew it and wasn’t thrown. I just acted like I would on the flight deck.
I also used Professional Interview Prep. I needed it. It worked and I’m happy and better for it.

Hey folks, applied as soon as the window opened. Still hanging in there no TBNT and no invite. Anyone else in the same position? Good luck to everyone that got their interviews!

Got an email today asking for supplemental info. Pilot Questionnaire & Letters of recommendation, etc. I am assuming that is an interview invite after I complete the steps? Anyone been through that. Also, heard this year was full for training slots and interviews. Curious as to the window to select dates for those who got interviews recently.
