isnt there a bunch of highly experienced Airbus drivers looking for a job right now?

Your guess is as good as anyone else’s. I talked with multiple friends about this when they got the TBNT right away. Lots of 121 time and spotless record.

JSX I’m guessing. That’s the only viable option.

Seems like once you get your foot in the door for the interview, your resume kind of goes out the window?... more about the personality sitting across the table.

Sure. There's 10 years captains looking to start over. At the bottom. And saying that a guy with 4 years on the job got lucky is offensive? You are on here more than you should based on experience.

ill stand by what I said. We almost had 4 hull loses in one yr from lack of experience. That coupled with guys who have way more experience getting their CJO rescinded because they are no linger qualifed yet have 5x the experience and this makes no sense..
it's not the applicants fualt its the company not learning their lesson.

1,500 hours TT and an RJ captain? I hope not because that’s just so wrong.

Not trying to be argumentative, but didn't the OKC incident occur with two high-time pilots, with the Captain creating his own approach, then proceeding to not use it?
