isnt there a bunch of highly experienced Airbus drivers looking for a job right now?
oh trust me, I know I got dunked in the luck bucket at some point and I’m lucky to have been employed at a 135 that actually has SOPs people follow so hopefully I can help buck the trend of lower time guys not being great

dont get me wrong I wish you luck and nothing against you. I just thought the company was going a different direction when they started canceling people's CJO they got 2 yrs ago saying they are no longer competitive.
be humble and grateful, which sounds like you are, in the interview and be yourself.
they wanna see if they can sit next to you for 4 days thats pretty much it

Interesting to see the numbers across the board. Lots of different flight times and experience getting called for the interview. I thought for sure I wouldn’t get a invite at 4000TT. But here we are.

I recently got the CJO call - interviewed with 6,000+ total; 3,000 Jet PIC, mostly all corporate.

Very excited to finally be here! 8 year old me is losing his mind.

Those numbers are amazing. I talked to a friend of mine with 5x those numbers and nothing bad in his record that recently couldn't get an interview due to "more qualified applicants". That plus the rescinded CJOs and it's making me wonder what HR is really doing. Making a run at union busting from the bottom up?
