routes matter as fixing a mistake can take a bit or not catching one could be bad.
Everything else could have said " hey verify with the FMA it did what you wanted it to do, silently".
Guys are just blurting words out to act like they are doing it. No one is paying attention still.
yeah, more rules to make the disobedient turn obedient doesn’t really work. It just makes the obedient busier.

And shouldn’t VVMI have caught that. I mean the 5% will 5% suck regardless. The new callouts do nothing to prevent an ops day that intervening the VVMI wouldn’t have stopped. It’s just more blah blah lowest common denominator words.

I feel most of these call outs are done created by people who are not strong at the flying and being a pilot aspect of this job....

Yup and that’s who they are for. I just had one. Knew the calls great and was all for them and the standardization. But when he had to click off the AP and fly a visual app. All hell broke loose. It sucked but it was the jets fault. Yeah good job soy boy influencer system manager.

Exactly. System monitors instead of aviators.

I still believe that children of the magenta should be required viewing in every NH and UG class.

Amen. I see it all the time. AP on until 500’ AGL. What the hell ever happened to being a friggin’ pilot?

Dont blame us. We did stupid stuff but certainly didn't do anything that stupid in any of the 4 aircraft I flew.
