I'm curious what the breakdown of your clients has been that were invited for interviews. For example, how many military pilots, how many regional pilots and were they check airmen, how many 135 pilots, etc... This thread makes it seem as a great majority of those being invited to interview are military pilots with some sort of instructor experience.

92% success rate this year.

Specifically SWA, 5 for 5 with the DB last week so far.

Not massive ECC type numbers, but we're perfectly happy with where we stand.

FL180,

To answer your question, w don't disclose any of that info. But I will tell you that it's a good mix of various backgrounds of all types. Hope this helps. Hiring will continue, keep plugging away.

I don't think it works that way - I applied when window opened in March, and haven't had a call yet.

Is it a 210 area code for call for interview. I have been getting. A lot of unknown calls lately.

Just a thought, if you're concerned maybe answer the phone instead of playing phone screen?

I'm just sayin'

Hard to determine a trend from the limited sample reported, but it seems like the folks with C-130 history are attractive right now. Maybe you and I are too far out on the high and low GTOW spectrum...
