The details aren't out yet, so I will reserve my enthusiasm. I will say, however, that based on the B fund plus the removal of company imposed caps on retirement alone, this is huge for anyone with 20+ years left here like me.
I am also glad they are doing international subset by base, although I am curious to see what this means for switching back and forth between bases.
I know I am not going to be 100 percent happy with everything and that is ok. What I don't want to see are gaping holes in section 1 that is either going to stagnate growth or see Skywest RJs with SWA paint on them. If those holes exist, I am a no.
Otherwise, based on the info at hand, this will pass handily.
Concerning first year pay - amen. It needs a huge boost. I am not holding my breath for retro on that one though. I would expect that I'll get retro (ratification bonus) as described in the brief, 3/4/4 and not for a $30/TFP increase. That alone would be around $35k for my first year here and I just don't see that happening. So, I guess it really isn't retro in that regard.

I'm a few months from completing my first year. While a retro deal for us would be nice, the second year pay rate of $97ish is a game changer in itself as it exceeds current third-year pay. The reserve per day is a good change as well.
What are the opinions on the International subsets by base? Would that cause a shuffle in domiciles?

Can someone explain if the removal below means more codeshare/interline/etc. or not? Dallas news says more with enforceable restrictions. Good luck, don't let them insert loopholes into the actual TA.
"Tightened Section 1 language and metrics
Removal of Reciprocal Trans Border Interline and Route Authority/Slot Restricted Airports
Strengthened Reopener, Distribution, Furlough Protection Language (Sect 1). Any furloughs will trigger a wind down of all partnerships and none will then be allowed until all furloughed Pilots are recalled"
Sideletter 2015?:
Reduces Southwest Airlines' ability to Near International and Trans-Border codeshare and further restricts existing agreement to 2% of total ASMs and limits partnerships to Volaris-only and Mexico-only

"For Southwest Airlines, the potential new contract will allow the company to build limited partnerships with other airlines for near-international interline agreements and far-international codeshare, with enforceable restrictions."
