2017 Invite to Interview?
#203
Not up on current yesterday stats, but a year ago we had the gamut of mid 20's to 52, maybe a bit more.
About 50/50 current military/civilian.
Of the 50% civilian, about half of those had prior mil time combined with regional time.
We had a few corporate as well, one of which had no 121.
Lowest time mil guy was maybe 28 with just under 2000 total.
Highest time was around 10,000 total.
We had all varieties of experience, at the time all had the 1000 PIC and all but a few had the type.
I was regional/corporate with the PIC, 7800 total, 3 types including the 737, civilian and age 40. Middle of the class.
I hear now that most don't have the type, sorry I can't help more.

Reservation problem
Has anyone who has a June interview had issues with setting up travel using the new ePass reservation number? I've had zero success thus far in getting the positive space ticket arranged.
I noticed they also got rid of the hiring form which explains how to schedule your flight (the old way). Thanks.

I found no document that explains making travel arrangements for the interview. I've never heard of a SWA ePass number. I called the normal reservation number; they tried, but said that they couldn't make the initial reservation. I emailed pilot.hiring, but no response. Has anyone else gotten a solution to this problem? Very unlike SWA to have an issue like this.
I just called and gave them my name and they had me in the system.

If your name isn't in the system I would contact the person that sent you the details on the interview. The person's name and number should be at the bottom of the email. I think the recruiters are specific to the people they are working with.
