Downloading is the way to go, took 15 minutes but I finally got it. For all you "I consistently credit 160 hours a month, we have it so good here"pilots, just look at those bar graphs. FO's need 80% pay raises just to be considered "average". This clip was a great reminder to update my flight time on airline apps.

Is it though? What was the percentage raise for cal guys when they got their new deal?

The fact that its a 60%-80% raise only means they have benefitted from below market labor rates for years, so time to pay.

does it really matter if they do show up? i mean, you realize we are not going to have a contract for several years right? that is the process, so what's the difference if they actually show up? a release will start to get serious at 5 years so what is that, August 2020 right?
