Also, guys not picking up is not because of the influence of this board. They aren't doing it because they realized it's not worth bailing the company out of its problems if they don't want to agree to an industry standard contract. It's not a work action to enjoy your days off instead bailing them out in your free time. It's a shifting culture spirit created. They may be able to salvage a culture of teamwork and guys choosing to help them out by flying in their days off if they come with an industry standard deal quickly and hope they haven't poisoned the well permanently. A contract will also help them recruit quality candidates that want to be here and can get through their bare bones cheapo training. This board is merely reporting the culture shift and many reading may not already know so they have a lightbulb moment. Maybe all those guys are on to something.

Instead of keeping your head in the sand while your out on the line, look around and know that's it's not just on apc! The majority of us are very upset and willing to take this as far as needed. I think you now qualify for the ignore option!🚫

It's a lot more than 10 guys reading this and even Bendo mentioned 2 years ago that the first delta TA failed because of a stron social media (chat board) campaign. He said it was a lucrative deal that was poisoned online. They got much more on the second offer btw. He's very aware of the influence of online chat boards. He of course will plant trolls and so will ford and Harrison to sway the rhetoric. The fact that you don't get this is naive or you are a plant.

"canceling flights won't get us ****" What do you think makes a strike so effective smart guy? Canceled Flights.
"Who are you guys" We are the people fighting to get every Pilot here an acceptable Contract. You obvisly don't know the NKS management history. They have NEVER agreed to anything that they weren't forced to agree to. Who are we you ask, we are the Pilots doing what ever it takes to force the next contract. Get on board or get out of the way.[/QUO

21 cancelled so far today. That's lots of lost revenue.
You must be a treat to fly with. Wait, are you the moron I handed the plane off to the other day with no lanyard? You know, the one who's FO looked like he was miserable to be paired with. Yeah, I'm thinking so.
