I concur and after a lengthy LoA with no disability coverage I'm not able (or willing) spot the company a couple $100 to cover a hotel then wait a month to get reimbursed as I did in May.

The company has proven themselves quite adept at stepping over dollars to pick up dimes so I don't for a second believe that they will somehow comes to their senses about booking hotels and transportation if we start expensing more. Quite the contrary, they'll likely be quite pleased at the no interest loans they're receiving!
