Is it normal the union spent this long negotiating for a TA, to basically give up everything, but gain a small pay increase and LTD, and sell us out on the rest of the TA?

When my buddy is at $155 at AA on the bus, 4th yr FO, and I’m at what, $118? That’s a joke! A slap in the face! I know we won’t get AA pay, but we should be IN THE BALLPARK at least? 135 to much to ask for? Damn. Know your worth

Vote yes and take your pay increase. Most of us know we deserve better than these **** rates
