Clearly ALPA didn't think anything in our contract had a value. The change to reserve is major. The drop issue would have fixed itself if the pay would have been anywhere near market rates. Guys dropped because the pay is so low it's better to drop.

Is this some sort of anti-laffer curve economic theory you created?

That making less money actually creates less output?

Perhaps you need educated on recent airline history so you make good choice. Oh I forget, you are not bright enough to read and understand TA as written, you need NC to spoon feed and tell you how they felt during negotiations so you see how they got to this TA, so you understand why such high level of suck. End of day, when all feelings and explanations are done the actual words which is what really count still suck. I know, they worked really really hard.

Quick deal? It was like 12 months. That would be our minimum. They had incremental gains, we are making MONUMENTAL gains. WE WILL NEVER MAKE UP WHAT WE LOSE.

Look, sorry you arent off probation. Your opinion may count but your vote doesnt. So go to a Legacy, you literally have NOTHING to lose.

My W2 is about to increase dramatically, as is my Retirment........this is a good T/A. Move on already

I don’t think he would be able to check the box under “English proficient”.

This may be truth, but still better than Stockholm Syndrome victim that is actually excited to work under new contract.

I voted No for my own personal reasons. But I’m not gonna lie, when this thing passes (and I’m pretty sure it will), I’m going to have a pretty solid month in terms of pay and I’m looking forward to that. If it doesn’t even better...

I’ve never believed those numbers on any contract by any group. Why not just take $64 million from the pay rates and take out all concessions. The answer is the company will nevee go for it. Each side puts a cost on certain items. If you negotiate right, the other side underestimates the costs. I’m going to say ALPA is under-estimating that $64 million.

Even if they underestimated by half, it's 14:2... Still a pretty solid win.

So what was the final "value" of the quid owed to the pilots?
